Shipment Booking & Customer Portal
Once the shipment is confirmed, the cargo is booked into our logistics system, and the customer receives access to their dedicated client portal where they can: • Track shipment progress • Receive regular cargo updates • Access shipping documents • Monitor delivery status Our system provides transparent shipment visibility from origin to final destination.

Cargo Collection & Consolidation
For door-to-door shipments, cargo can either: • Be sent directly to our international consolidation warehouse, or • Be collected from the supplier’s warehouse Cargo from multiple suppliers can be consolidated into one shipment, reducing shipping costs for our clients. Once consolidation is completed, the cargo is prepared and shipped at the earliest available sailing or flight.

Arrival, Customs Clearance & Delivery
When the cargo arrives in Tanzania, our team manages the entire clearance and delivery process: • Cargo arrival handling at port or ICD • Customs documentation processing • Cargo clearance through customs • Transport from port / ICD to our warehouse • Final delivery to the customer’s destination This ensures a seamless door-to-door logistics experience.
